This retreat is perfectly timed — after the transition from Summer to Fall schedules and before the busy holiday season\, there’s time to pause and reflect. We’ll be in the magnificent beauty of the Pocono mountains\, well timed for leaf peeping and leaf crunching. \nYoga practices will be a combination of more vigorous practices and grounding\, gentle practices. Each will be designed to provide balance of an intentional movement and rest for integration. Plenty of variations provided so newcomers as well as more experienced yogis each get what they need. You’ll also enjoy pranayama and meditation as pathways to embrace this energetic shift. \nKerri & Jen complement each other beautifully\, giving participants a truly special experience.
