Shava yantra, also referred to as the 61 point relaxation, is a systematic relaxation technique that is taught within the Himalayan Tradition. This particular practice is based on Ayurveda’s marma therapy and focuses on balancing the hemispheres of the brain as well as clearing away mental and physical restlessness and tension. When we rest our awareness on these 61 energy-rich marma points, we enable our body and mind to access creativity and intuitive knowledge. Join Dr. Theresa Oswald as she guides us in this restorative practice.
